Banks
Don't like them. Apart from my run-in with Barclay's the other day regarding money that they have taken from my account, despite me not having actually spent it, I now also count NatWest as one of my enemies. The staff doesn't know what's going on, different people send you different forms, and no one seem to be able to draft an email in a comprehensible manner. Spelling and sentence structure, anyone? It helps when you're trying to explain things to your customers.
